Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

If you wish to return items to us, we ask you to contact our office or your sales representative by telephone, email or in writing within 7 working days (or 3 days for damaged items) of the collection or delivery date. You will need to quote your invoice and collection/delivery note number so that we can deal with your request promptly.

Our Sales and Production Team will discuss the reason for return, refund or exchange then advise the process accordingly depending on the situation.

Al Manaratain does not accept the return, refund, or exchange of excess order quantities. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of Al Manaratain Senior Management, but material must be in brand new, un-used condition and fit for immediate re-sale. Return of excess order quantities may incur a collection and re-stocking charge, depending on the circumstances.

If a product is alleged to have been damaged prior to delivery, we may offer a full refund, partial refund, or exchange of damaged products following an inspection. To ensure damage-related issues are identified and dealt with quickly, we strongly recommend all deliveries are inspected by a designated customer representative upon arrival and prior to the delivery confirmation receipt being signed.

We are unable to offer return, refund or exchange on products that have been fitted, cut, or otherwise damaged after delivery. If the delivery confirmation receipt has been signed prior to a report of damaged goods, the assumption will be that products were damaged after delivery unless proven otherwise. Al Manaratain representatives may agree to a return, refund, or exchange the damaged products at any time at their discretion.

To ensure matters are dealt with quickly and to avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend contacting a member of the Al Manaratain Team in writing by WhatsApp or Email when opening a Return, Refund or Exchange case.
